Refund policy

We offer exchanges for damages within 72 hrs of when you receive your package. We ask that you provide a picture of the damage goods for policy purposes.


Do not return items, send your picture of the item to dazzlemedeangela@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a direct replacement of that item.  If the damaged item is no longer available for purchase an available store credit will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is imperative that you send a clear picture of your damaged goods.


Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received your email with pictures of damages, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a replacement or store credit.
